Rentfrow creates system and user manuals, flow diagrams, and training manuals to assure the distribution of accurate and timely technical and process information. Good system and user documentation, prepares our clients for later support activities, training, and/or maintenance of applications, procedures and processes.

Training

Rentfrow develops training programs for custom-designed systems, as well as standardized courses for off-the-shelf-applications and products. We offer one-on-one teaching, large group instruction, and train-the-trainer options. We help people understand today's ever-changing technology, both in overall view and at the level of specific applications. Rentfrow provides training for applications, computer languages and environments, database management systems, and business related courses such as effective communications and presentations.

Support

Rentfrow provides various levels of maintenance support including integrated Rentfrow/customer team or total maintenance. Rentfrow will perform adjustments for day-to-day functionality, changes to requirements, bug correction, or optimization and fine-tuning.
